Chester Sternik

Chester Sternik, 58,Dumfries,Va, passed away Monday, March 15, 2021in Virginia. Born in Essex, MD, he was the son of the late Chester and Eleanor Sternik and had attended Mt. Vernon High School. Chester was a steamfitter with Local 602 Steamfitters Union.

He is survived by son, John Sternik and his wife Jennifer, Daughter, Molly Aldridge and her husband Stuart. Sister, Elizabeth Ide and her husband Mark, Barbara Stansell and her husband Keith. Grandchildren, Callie “Cricket” Sternik, Corey Sternik, Kyle Kurtz and Eva Aldridge, Nephews, Clinton and Owen Ide. Niece’s, Sharon Russo, Darlinda Hann,  Dawn Nighbertt and Brandy MacLunny

Memorial service will be held Saturday, March 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc, 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, Pa. 18612.The Rev. Jim Howell will officiate.  Friends may call Saturday from 10:00 Am until time of service. COVID 19 restrictions will be followed, masks and social distancing.
