Briton Geoffrey Parry, 26, Wilkes-Barre, formerly of Canfield, Ohio, passed away Sunday, May 22, 2022. Born in Fairview, Ohio, he was the son of David Parry and the late Robin Acornley Parry. He was a graduate of Canfield High School and Eastern Gateway Community College with an associate’s degree in Criminal Justice.
Briton was a former life guard with the Salem Community Center. He was a member of DeMolay, and an AWANNA Volunteer for 8 years. During his high school years he was a member of The Canfield High School Band, playing the tuba. Briton very much loved spending time with his family during their vacations to Long Beach Island.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Robin Parry, in 2016. Surviving are his father, David Parry, Wilkes-Barre. Brothers, Seth (Lauren) and Tyler (Leslie) Parry and many loving nephews and nieces, aunts, uncles and cousins. His family, and nieces and nephews in particular, greatly enjoyed playing games with “Uncle B.”
Funeral service will be held, Friday, July 1, 2022 at 11:00 AM from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas. Friends may call Friday from 10:00 AM until time of service. Memorial donations can be made to Old North Church AWANNA program at 7105 Herbert Road, Canfield OH 44406.
