Warren Glass

Warren H. Glass, 80, of Mossville, passed away Tuesday, June 12, 2018 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Brooklyn, NY, he was the son of the late Abraham and Grace Joseph Glass and was a graduate of Midwood High School, Brooklyn and also NYU, receiving a Bachelor’s Degree in English as well as a Master’s Degree in education from Stoney Brook University.

Warren was a teacher at Newfield High School, Long Island, NY. He was an avid golfer and reader. He loved to spend time in his garden and travelled the world eating exotic foods and searching for new adventures. Warren is survived by his wife of 47 years, the former Margaret Osborne, at home, daughter, Abbe Mattson, Las Vegas, NV, and granddaughters, Corinne and Brittany Mattson.

Funeral service will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas.
