Thomas Honeywell

Thomas F. Honeywell, 82, Dallas Twp. passed away, Wednesday, January 5, 2022. Born in Dallas, he was the son of the late Russell D. and Helen Elizabeth Honeywell and was a graduate of Westmoreland High School.

Thomas was hard working man who worked as a transporter at Geisinger Wyoming Valley Hospital until his retirement in 2016. He was a member of the Shavertown United Methodist Church. He was also involved many years in the Shavertown Volunteer Fire Company as a Fireman. Some of his favorite pastimes were camping at Shore Forrest Camp grounds, loved his dog Sampson in his later years, as well as enjoying Penn State and the Green Bay Packers. Tom had a great sense of humor and was loved by everyone he met.

Thomas was preceded in death by his wife, the former Beverly Bynon and a brother, Russell Honeywell. Surviving are his daughters, Jill Farkas and her husband Jim, Debbie Evans and her husband Jim, his Grandchildren, Jeremy Hoskins, Melissa Johnson, Matthew and Faith Snyder, Jennifer and J.T. Evans, and Great Granddaughter, Aurora Johnson and many many friends.

Memorial service and a celebration of his life, will be held on, January 15, 2022 at 1pm at Shavertown United Methodist Church. Arrangements are under the direction of The Richard H.
