Robert H. Williams, 89, passed away peacefully at his home in Dallas, Pennsylvania on February 14, 2021. Robert was born in Wilkes-Barre, PA on October 4, 1931 to the late Jesse and Martha Davis Williams. Following his graduation from Meyers High School in 1949, Robert served his country proudly in the United States Army. He is survived by his sister, Martha Ann Thomas; daughter, Lori Williams Criser, Virginia; and several nieces and nephews.
