Richard A. Hylton, 55, Swoyersville, passed away, Sunday, January 24, 2021 at his residence after a courageous battle with cancer. Born in Kingston, he was the son of the late Nancy Hylton and was a graduate of Wyoming Valley West High School and Penn State University.
Richard was a sales associate with Synergis Technologies. He was a member of Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Wilkes-Barre and was a member of the Vestry of the church. He was also a member of PIPE,a club for pipe smokers. He very much enjoyed fishing and riding his motorcycles.
Richard was preceded in death by Grandparents Oswald and Ruth Hylton, father-in-law and mother-in-law, Thomas and June Falzone. Surviving are his wife the former Pauline Falzone with whom he celebrated 27 years of marriage. A son Richard T. Hylton, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
A Memorial service will be held and announced from Holy Cross Episcopal Church, Wilkes-Barre after the COVID pandemic is over. Arrangements are under the direction of Richard H.
