Marie Gallagher May 16, 2014 Marie Gallagher, 87, Dallas, passed away Friday, May 16, 2014 at Village at Greenbriar, Dallas. Born in Luzerne, she was the daughter of the late Joseph L. and Mary Kuchinsky Madar and was a graduate of The Luzerne Schools. Marie was employed as a seamstress with various Dress Factories in the area. She was a member of Our Lady of Victory Church, Harveys Lake. Marie was preceded in death by her husband William L. Gallagher in 2011 and by Brother, Joseph Madar and Sister, Margaret Zimmerman and a grandson, John Weber. Surviving are Son, Michael Gallagher and his wife Barbara, Trucksville, Daughters, Christine Faux and her husband Bill, Tunkhannock, Marie Visneski, Noxen, numerous grandchildren, Great Grandchilren and Great Great Grandchildren. Sisters, Ann Okerblom, Mich., and Dolores Ruby, Conn. Funeral will be held Privately at the convenience of the family. Interment will be in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, Dallas.
