Joseph D. DeMarco

Joseph B. DeMarco, 63, Luzerne, passed away, Tuesday, September 8, 2026 in Wyoming. Born in Wilkes-Barre. He was the son of the former Claire Baurand and was a graduate of West Side Technical School.

Joe had been employed with The Luzerne County Correctional Facility for a short time. He was an entertainer at heart, playing with local bands including Strawberry Jam. He had worked for a short time in the construction industry. He loved jig saw puzzles and local bingo. He was a member of The Veterans of Foreign Wars in Wyoming.

Joe was preceded in death by a sister, Claire Scott and brothers, Adrian, Paul, and Gerard DeMarco. Surviving is his mother, Claire Dominik. Sons, Anthony DeMarco, Sugar Notch and Derek DeMarco, Wilkes-Barre. Daughter, Jessica Bradshaw, Colorado. Sisters, Mary Ann Cavaleri and Helen DeMarco.
