Jeannette Ida Maria Golem

Jeannette Ida Maria Golem, 84, Dallas, passed away, Friday, October 10, 2025 at her residence. Born September 14, 1941 in Queens, NY, she was the daughter of the late Ture John and Helmi Lind Rundberg and was a graduate of PS 63, public school, NY.

Jeannette was a member of The Trucksville United Methodist Church. She was an Environmental Services provider for Giesinger Wyoming Valley Hospital for some time as well as Allied Services. She was an avid BINGO player.

Jeannette was preceded in death by her husband Donald John Golem in February, they celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary before his passing. sister, Viola Mazariarski, brothers, John and Kenneth Rundberg. Surviving are her daughters, Tina Wentzel and her husband Scott, Dallas, Diana Coolbaugh, Cape May, NJ, son, David Golem and his wife Lisa, Hamel, IL. brother, Edward Rundberg and sister, Genevieve Bender, NY. 8 Grandchildren and 2 Great Grandchildren with another Great Grandchild on the way. Her dog Buster of 13 years will miss them greatly; He was by their side during both their illnesses.

Memorial service will be held, Friday, October 24, 2025 at 9:00 AM from The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, Pa 18612 with The Rev. Dr. Paul C. Amara, officiating. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery. On line condolences may be made at Disquefuneralhome.com.
