Jamie Stanislowski

September 6, 1980 — March 17, 2017

Jamie Stanislowski, 36 of Dallas went home to be with her Loving Savior Jesus Christ, surrounded by her family at home on March 17th, 2017 after a courageous battle with liver cancer. Born June 6th, 1980, she was the daughter of Dodie Hackling Regnosky and John Regnosky Jr of Dallas, PA Jamie was a 1999 graduate of West Side Vocational-Technical School, Pringle, PA where she earned her certificate as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). She would go on to become a CNA at Lakeside Nursing Facilty, Harveys Lake, PA until becoming disabled. She also volunteered for many years at General Hospital and Meals on Wheels until she was no longer able to due to her cancer diagnosis in 2013. Jamie's hobbies and activities included: listening to music, going to live concerts and shows, crafting, fishing, biking, going to the gym, camping, reading and studying her Bible, shopping sprees with her Mom and going to the beach at Cape May, NJ. Jamie was a member of Restored Church in Wilkes-Barre where she enjoyed fellowship and bible studies. Her favorite scripture verse was: John 14:2 - "In my Father's house are many mansions, if it were not so I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you" Jesus Christ Surviving are her parents John & Dodie Regnosky of Dallas, a brother Christian Stanislowski and his fiancAC.' Penny Taylor of Plymouth, a sister Heather Regnosky Walker and husband Tim Walker of Wilkes-Barre, grandparents Jack and Mary Regnosky of West Pittston, as well as many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank all the dedicated doctors, nurses, home health workers and hospice staff for their dedication and loving care during the interim of her cancer treatment. Christian Celebration Service will be held, Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at 11:00 AM at The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, PA, with The Rev. Tim Walker, pastor, Restore Church, Wilkes-Barre, officiating. Interment will be in Carverton Cemetery, Carverton, Pa. Friends may call Tuesday from 6 to 8 Pm and again Wednesday morning from 10:00 am until time of service. All are welcome to attend.
