Jack F. Lago, 84, Dallas, passed away, Monday, May 27, 2019 at Hospice of the Sacred Heart, Dunmore.
Funeral will be held, Monday, June 3, 2019 at 12:00 Noon at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, Yalick Road, Dallas. Friends may call from 11:00 Am until time of service at the Church. Arrangements are under the direction of The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas. Donation in Jack’s memory may be made to St. Paul’s Lutheran Church 474 Yalick Road, Dallas, Pa., 18612, or Shriners Crippled Children c/o, 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, Pa. 19140 or ALSAC/St. Jude children research hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
