Frank Kubicki

Frank E. Kubicki, 77, Plains, passed away, Friday, January 13, 2023 at Kingston Health Care Center. Born in Plains. He was the son of the late Frank and Dorothy Kubicki and was a graduate of Plains High School and Penn State University.
