Elizabeth Jean Barlow, 94, Dallas, passed away, Tuesday, August 13, 2024. Born in Scranton, she was the daughter of the late David and Alma MacCluskie Gibbs and was a graduate of West Scranton High School and Pratt Institute with a BA in Home Economics.
