Dolores Bernadette Prutzman

    Dolores Bernadette Prutzman, 91, Hanover Twp., passed away, Sunday, October 8, 2023 at Birchwood Nursing Center, Nanticoke. Born in Buffalo, NY, she was the daughter of the late John and Gertrude Ferkel Banta and had attended the Plymouth schools.

     Dolores was a nurse’s assistant with Mercy Hospital, Wilkes-Barre for many years before her retirement. She was a member of ILGWU as well as The Order of The Eastern Star Chapter #90, Kingston. She was a member of All Saints Parrish, Plymouth and was a greeter at the church.

     She was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Patalonis. Surviving are a son, Wilbur R. Prutzman, Jr. and his wife Mary, Montgomery, NY. Sister, Nancy Evans and her husband Ben and their family, Lansdale, Pa. Grand children, Wilbur Prutzman, III, Amanda, Scott, David, and Mary Prutzman, Lori Ann Stair, Jennifer Patalonis. 8 Great Grandchildren.

   Funeral Service will be held, Thursday, October 12, at 11:30 AM from All Saints, Parrish, Plymouth. Friends may call Thursday from 10:30 AM until time of service at the church. Interment will be in St. Stephen’s Cemetery, Lehman. Arrangements are under the direction of The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, Pa. 18612.
