Charlotte M. Kelley

Charlotte M. Kelley, 78 of Dallas, passed away Monday, December 15, 2025 at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. Born in Pittston, she was the daughter of the late Leonard and Victoria (Narsavage) Dorrance and was a graduate of Central Catholic High School.

Charlotte was a member of Gate of Heaven Church, Dallas. She was a devoted housewife and mother raising her children.

Charlotte was preceded in death by her husband Joseph in 2023. Brother Leonard Dorrance in 2014. Surviving is her daughter, Jennifer Adams and her husband Todd, Dallas. Sons; Christian Kelley and his wife Michele, Dallas, Leonard Kelley and his wife Terri, Dallas, Joseph Kelley and his wife Jonelle, Noxen. Grandchildren, Taylor, Madalyn, Leonard, Sam, William, Emma, and Emily Kelley, Jonathan and Bradley Adams, Kylee Kosek and Eddie Sikora. Sister Barbara Yanchick, Dallas
