Carol Kalinay

Carol M. Kalinay, 81, Dallas, passed away, Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at The Meadows Nursing Center, Dallas. Born in The Hanover section of Nanticoke, daughter of the late George and Florence Siebert Croop and was a graduate of Hanover High School. She was a CNA with The Meadows Nursing Unit before her retirement. Her favorite pastime was watching classic movies, TV series and game shows.

Carol was a member of Trinity Presbyterian Church, Dallas.

She was preceded in death by her husband Edward M. Kalinay in 1984. Her infant son, Edward Kalinay, brother, George. Sisters, Bess, Jane, and Georgia. Surviving are her sons, Edward Kalinay and his wife Chong, Marysville, Ca, Dwayne Kalinay and his wife Doreen, Noxen, and Kenneth Kalinay and his wife Jackie, Shavertown. 7 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren.

Services will be held privately at the convenience of the family. Arrangements are under the direction of The Richard H. Disque Funeral Home, Inc., 2940 Memorial Highway, Dallas, Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Sweet Valley at a later date.
